To get a Dragon, you must be in Rank B and get mail inviting you to the tournament after finding the Proof of the Dragon in the Jungle Ruins. Save the game before doing so. Make sure all your monsters stats are at least 350 then go to the AGIMA. After some dialogue you will be in the jungle. Find the Proof of the Dragon. It is hidden randomly each new game. Return back and listen to what everybody has to say afterwards, so you know when the Invitation Tournament will begin. It normally happens on the third of the next month. When the tournament date arrives, make sure you have all stats above 400. Kill only one monster and you will have the Proof of the Dragon. Then, go to the Shrine, and enter Wish for a Dragon, ?? for a GateKeeper, Komonono for a Dragcatze or Crystal for a Xtal Dragon. Note: GateKeeper and Dragon highly recommended. Dragcatze might turn into something strong depending on the monster; Xtal Dragon is basically at its highest transformation.
